Gas exchange between bioreactors enables emissions reduction of about 100 %. Bad gas doesn’t have to go through the bio filter and thereby it won’t reach the environment. .
Due to the MAP deconcentration there is a constant pH value in the percolate system and the development of struvite is prevented. Too high values of ammoniac couldn’t be developed. – Influences on the gas development are absent. In the MAP 2.0 – procedure it’s aimed to get MAP participated and to have it as a valuable feedstock.
A procedure for the hygienisation of substrate within the dwell time in the fermenter. At the end of the dwell time emissions are reduced about 80 % within the fermenter. The material for composting is at the end of the dwell time at disposal with suitable dry substance content.
